One of my favorite projects to date was getting to collaborate with the folks at David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to tell the stories of their elephant orphanage.

Young elephants end up in DSWT’s care because of poaching activity, which often leaves young elephants orphaned in the wild. DSWT takes in orphaned elephants and cares for them until they reach an age where they can be successfully reintegrated into their habitat. To date they’ve raised over 260 orphaned elephants.

I partnered up with some friends at Pamola Creative to spend a day at DSWT’s sanctuary collecting photography, footage, and interviews to create social media content to encourage more adoptions of their elephants. We got to make some new friends along the way, too.
